Mario is a a lifelong resident of 42 years in the 5-Cities area. Mario joined PB & Associates in July of 2014 as his first Brokerage and in October of 2018, he made the move to the Bond Real Estate Group. Mario’s real estate experience goes back to 2009 when he started investing in real estate at the tail end of the last economic downturn. Mario’s primary investments are in Kern County cities of Bakersfield, Taft and Maricopa. Mario had flipped several homes and acquired some rentals before he decided to become a licensed REALTOR. Mario enjoys helping his neighbors become homeowners and see their families prosper here on the Central Coast. Mario’s primary areas of expertise are Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Pismo Beach and Oceano. His investor friendly specialties include income properties, fixer upper/rehab properties, property management and multi-family.
Bruce Carson is a full-time REALTOR® with the Bond Real Estate Group in Pismo Beach, California. Bruce is a graduate of California State University, Stanislaus where he received a BA in Business Communications and Journalism.
After graduation Bruce started his Real Estate career in Steamboat Springs, Colorado as a resort and long-term property manager. After 8 years of property management Bruce decided to move his three young sons to Pismo Beach to escape the brutally cold Colorado winters. As a single parent, Bruce supported his boys in a career as a Sales Director in the fitness industry. In 2016, Bruce started a Real Estate investment company and started building a portfolio. Now that Bruce’s sons are grown, he is finally allowed the freedom to work full-time in Real Estate.
Bruce’s focus as a REALTOR is on providing an easy, stress-free experience for his clients by applying the customer services skills and real estate experience that he has acquired throughout his career.
A lifelong friend of Jay, Chris is our newest addition to the Bond Real Estate Group. Chris serves as the Sales Manager, and is responsible for designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company's client base. Chris is also involved in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Chris has spent the past 20 years working in customer-centric businesses, managing the client experience in each position previously held. While learning many skills throughout his professional career, people are Chris's one true passion.
Kelly is the administrative assistant at the Bond Real Estate Group and has been working alongside Jay for over two years, ensuring smooth and successful Real Estate transactions, from listing to closing. Kelly's responsibilities at Bond Real Estate Group encompass the activities of several key roles: Administrative Assistant, Listing Coordinator, and Transaction Coordinator.
Serving as a primary contact for you, you can expect Kelly to handle the scheduling of all inspections, open houses, and showings. She will also assist in the delivery of listing and escrow contracts, monthly analytics and provide you an up-to-date timeline of target listing dates, as well as important escrow deadlines. Client comfort and satisfaction is what Kelly strives to provide, and she hopes to help make each transaction as stress-free as possible. Kelly can be found spending time, with her husband for 10 years and her two children, at the beach, at a concert, or sports game. Kelly is thankful to be raising her family on the Central Coast, where she was born and raised.
