Jay Bond

Jay Bond is a San Luis Obispo County real estate broker with over 15 years of full-time experience helping buyers and sellers navigate one of California’s most competitive and relationship-driven markets.
As a fourth-generation resident of the Central Coast, Jay brings a deep understanding of the local communities, neighborhoods, and market dynamics that can’t be replicated. From San Luis Obispo and Arroyo Grande to Pismo Beach and beyond, he has a firsthand perspective on how the area has evolved — and where it’s headed.
Jay built his business through cold calling, door knocking, and strong agent-to-agent relationships, giving him a unique pulse on both on-market and off-market opportunities. Today, he continues to leverage those connections to help his clients access opportunities that aren’t always publicly available.
In addition to his local expertise, Jay holds a Master’s degree in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University. This background allows him to strategically position and market homes in a way that stands out in today’s digital-first environment — a key advantage for sellers, particularly in the higher-end market.
Jay is also the creator of the “San Luis Obispo Real Estate” YouTube channel, where thousands of buyers and sellers turn for honest insights on pricing, strategy, and market trends across the Central Coast.
He works with a wide range of clients, including relocation buyers, local homeowners, and families navigating probate and trust sales — including higher-value estate properties. Known for his direct, no-pressure approach, Jay focuses on providing clear guidance so clients can make confident decisions.
When he’s not working with clients, Jay enjoys spending time with his growing family here on the Central Coast.
